The Moccasin Approach

Our Moccasin Approach programme is designed to create an open, honest working environment which capitalises on creating an “Emotionally Safe” environment which ensures that innovation is not suppressed, that people feel able to say what they need to say, that helps create and build strong relationships through an emotionally intelligent manner of communicating which leadership and senior management lead by example.

  • Your” solution is crafted from the findings of our needs analysis and we agree on the ingredients which are crafted from all the modules below.

The Phoenix Affect

The Phoenix affect is where we use discussion based workshops with your people to examine the real lived experience of the organisation’s culture.  During this process we uncover the good, the bad and the ugly from the culture and using that knowledge, we design a Phoenix programme. The programme includes all the ingredients which we collectively agree are required to burn down the bad and ugly elements from the old culture, and build on and improve what was found to be good and all the ingredients you wish for your new and greatly improved organisational culture.

  • A deep dive into your organisational culture using discovery based discussion workshops with all levels within your organisation (confidential).
